Please complete the application and send to Juniper North Apartments. We will check your references and get back to you. If your application is accepted, we require that a $550.00 refundable security deposit and a $150 non-refundable fee be paid to hold your apartment.
Should the applicant be
accepted, pay the $550 security deposit and then later decide not to take the
apartment, the refundable deposit will become non refundable
